失敗しても社内評価に影響するだけで次の作品もまた潰す編集と
失敗したら人生賭けた才能あった人も専属契約で縛られてたのに急に切り捨てられる

作者と編集じゃリスクも責任も違う

上手く行かせてる間は仕事ができてんだから手柄はあるし
失敗にならないようにサポートするのも編集の仕事だとしたら編集にも責任があるのは当然だと思うんだが高校生並みらしいし俺が分かってないだけ？

ネウロって今よりずっと単行本が売れてた時代に8万前後しか売れてなくて同時期の打ち切り漫画以下だったんだが
