これ作画から著作権買い取れなかったんじゃないかな？
当然の話だけど、電子にしろ紙にしろ、コミカライズが売れれば原作者にも金は入るんだから、出版権とか関係なく配信停止するなら原作者とも協議しないといけない
作画への嫌がらせのために原作も潰します、なんて対応出版社がするか？一応、一度は作画家の要望聞いて担当交代に応じてる編集部だよ？

あとがきとか読むと原作は完全にノータッチっぽいから、謝罪文の中にある「原作にないエピソードの追加」とかは完全に編集主導でやってるんだよな
それを作画と二人で作ってるならともかく、勝手に追加指示してるんだからかなりヤバイ編集だよ
